Consent
Patients have a legal and ethical right to determine what happens to their own bodies. Valid consent to treatment is crucial in all forms of healthcare, from providing personal care to carrying out major surgery. To find out more about consent please visit our consent webpage.
Complaints and customer service policies and procedures
Although we work hard to make your stay in hospital as comfortable and pleasant as possible, some people have a less positive experience and make a complaint.
