Dates, agendas and papers for our Trust Board meetings are made available on this website. Under the Provisions of the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act, meetings are open to the public and agendas and papers are published here the week before each meeting.

The Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act includes provision for the discussion of confidential business in private sessions. Moreover, some of the information contained in the agendas, papers and minutes of other meetings is of a personal and confidential nature and is excluded, as is any other confidential material. Material relating to the health and safety of specific individuals, as to law enforcement or to criminal or regulatory enforcement or audit issues under certain circumstances may also be excluded from publication. In addition, other material may not be releasable because the appropriate officer of the Trust has taken the view that it may be prejudicial to the conduct of public affairs.
