Biography
My basic medical qualification is from Kerala, India in 1990. I obtained MRCP in November 1996 and awarded FRCP in 2009.
I completed Nephrology and General Medicine training in the Mersey region.
My special interests are investigation and management of Chronic Kidney Disease caused by diabetes, high blood pressure and other diseases, Haemodialysis, Peritoneal Dialysis and Interventional aspects of Nephrology.
I am the Deputy Clinical Director of Nephrology Department ate the Royal Liverpool University Hospital.
I am IT lead for the department. Manage the regional website of our unit. The website includes information regarding the referral criteria, referral proforma and also guidance in managing CKD patients. This has been used by all our local GPs and also other hospital services. The information is updated regularly.
