Building work to start on multi-storey car park

Work is due to begin on the purpose-built multi-storey car park at the Royal Liverpool University Hospital in February which will create 700 spaces for staff.MSCP web(384x188).jpg

After 18 February, it will only be possible to access the Mortuary and Estates Department from the entrance from Prescot Street, which is near the church.

All patients, visitors and staff who need to access the main staff car park or who usually use this entrance to get to the Linda McCartney Centre or the Education Centre will need to use the entrance from West Derby Street, which is located at the back of the Royal.

We apologise for any disruption these changes may cause. The multi-storey car park will be a fantastic facility for the hospital and is the first step towards the construction of the new Royal, which will create a first class environment for patients and staff.MSCP 2 WEB (384x188).jpg

The multi-storey car park is due for completion by the end of February 2014.
