Applications
All applications for vacancies must be made using the
NHS Jobs website. Once you apply for a job with us, your qualifications and experience will be reviewed by one of our recruiting managers against the Job Description and Person Specification for the post.
Assessment process
If you are considered to be a possible match for the position, you will be invited to attend an on site interview and/or assessment centre. You may also be asked to complete psychometric tests which will be administered by one of our trained HR team members.
Decision process
Once a decision has been reached following the assessment process, all candidates will be informed of the decision and an opportunity for feed back will be offered. Formal offers of jobs will be made in writing and will be subject to NHS Employment Check Standards.
