How to provide feedback on our services
If you would like to tell us about the care you or a loved one has received, whether you have concerns or would like to compliment our staff, you can discuss this with your nurse, the ward manager, or the matron.
If you prefer to speak to someone who is independent of the clinical area/team then our Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) will assist you.
