Easy Read Information

Acute Response Nurses are a team of health professionals and managers that make sure that patients get the right medical help in an emergency.

This page gives information about how to contact the team quickly.

What we do

We provide senior nursing and managerial support and advice to all clinical areas within the Trust 24/7.

We are a team of Advanced Practitioners demonstrating a high level of skills and knowledge participating in direct patient care.

We co-ordinate the Acute Response Team which in other Trusts are called Medical Emergency Teams. This ensures patients who become unwell are seen by the right person, whether doctor or other medical professional, at the right time.
