The Spinal Physiotherapy Team consists of clinical specialist, senior and staff grade physiotherapists.
We work across four sites; Broadgreen Hospital, York Centre, South Liverpool Treatment Centre and the Royal Liverpool University Hospital in collaboration with Aintree University Hospital and the Walton Centre for neurology.
Our therapists provide assessment and triage, and referral for appropriate investigations and specialist physiotherapy treatment for acute, chronic and post-operative patients with spinal conditions.
Physiotherapists are based in orthopaedic consultant spinal clinics; physiotherapy-led spinal triage clinics (MCAS) and physiotherapy outpatient department. Our hydrotherapy is based at the Aintree site.
