Annual Members’ Meeting

This year’s Annual Members’ Meeting will take place on Tuesday 28 September 2021 from 5.30pm–7pm.

Due to the COVID-19 restrictions that are in place, the meeting will take place virtually, using Microsoft Teams.

A link to join the meeting will be uploaded on this page during the week before the meeting is due to take place.

What is the Annual Members’ Meeting?

The Annual Members' Meeting is the Trust's Annual General Meeting and brings together members, governors, directors, as well as the Chair of the Board. Members of the public with an interest in the Trust are also welcome to attend.

The meeting is where the governors officially receive the Trust's annual report and accounts, which are available here.

Alongside a review of 2020/21, the Trust’s future plans will be outline and discussed.  The Trust’s Strategy – Our Future Together – is available here.

Members of the Trust Board and Governors will also be responding to questions from Trust members, patients, and the public.

The meeting is also an opportunity for the Foundation Trust Members, who are elected to hold the Trust Board to account, to ensure that the Council of Governors are truly representing members’ interests.
