How do I change or cancel a Choose and Book Appointment?
If you have a new patient appointment that was booked through the Choose & Book System and you wish to change it, you will need to contact the national telephone appointments line on 0845 60 88 88 8.
What will happen when I cancel or change my outpatient appointment?
If you change or cancel your outpatient appointment and do not receive confirmation of this by letter within 14 days, please contact us by calling the telephone number on your original appointment letter.

Our appointment letters have a ‘registration information’ section which you should fill in and give to the clinic receptionist when you attend your appointment. This will ensure we have your personal details up to date
